Welcome to CalyptoKey
CalyptoKey encrypts and decrypts secrets in the client browser using a key made from the user's master password. All secrets are encrypted locally before they are sent to a cloud-hosted server vault for safekeeping, and no cleartext leaves the user's device. Furthermore, users authenticate into their vaults using zero-knowledge based techniques, so passwords are never seen or handled by servers at any point before, during, or after authentication. Metadata such as user settings and preferences are also encrypted with the user's master key.
